Positive Resources for Positive Impact

Individuals who are peak performers and have the most positive impact all share one quality. This quality is resilience which is defined by an acknowledged expert in this field, Dr. Al Siebert, as, “Being able to bounce back from life developments that may feel totally overwhelming at first.” His website – resiliencycenter.com – provides a free quiz you can take to have a baseline measure regarding how resilient you are. You do not have to register or provide any personal information to take it.

It is critical for those who want to have Positive Impact and/or serve the Common Good to create the ability to stay positive, healthy, happy and resilient. One of the reasons I wrote the Amazon #1 International Bestseller Have a Positive Impact During Uncertain Times was because of the large number of very successful individuals who were having real difficulty dealing with all the negative news from around the world. I included a whole section in the chapter in that book on Peak Performance that describes how to be resilient.

I encourage anybody to create a routine that involves engaging in very positive activities during the course of every day.

This section of the website provides links to thousands of articles, videos, news releases and other media that helps one do that. Much of what you will find here is delivered daily. I hope this information helps reinforce what you are already doing successfully or to develop a resilient, healthy, productive lifestyle.
